One thing that always stands out to me when I look at agencies that have technical heritage, is their transparency around ‘how they work’.
Something really confident about releasing a complete guide about how you operate as a business. In my recent “Say No!” podcast interview with Harry Metcalfe and David Mann from dxw, they revealed why they are transparent about how they work.
Personally I think it’s a great way to instil trust into a client/agency relationship. It allows potential team members to see how exactly they will fit into the processes. And it holds you accountable. There is no where to hide. If you don’t follow your playbook, you’re either doing something wrong or you need to update the playbook.
I put together a list of playbooks I found online.
Also please share yours if you have one!
