Join a Curated In-Person Board for
Growth and Breakthroughs
Momentum Groups are a quarterly board for agency leaders who want to amp up their growth, be held accountable, and gain powerful insights from a supportive community of like-minded peers.
Each meeting is held face-to-face and chaired by an experienced agency leader – someone who has been there and done it, so knows what it takes to scale successfully. These sessions are structured, high-impact experiences designed to help you tackle the challenges of growth.
And, participation is included as part of your Agency Collective membership.
How does it work?
- When you join a Momentum Group, you’ll be placed in a small, curated community of 10 – 12 agency leaders.
- You’ll meet up four times a year (when you join, we’ll make sure the dates work for you.)
- Two weeks before each session, one of our team will call you to capture the challenges, questions, and opportunities you want to bring to the table.
- One week before the meeting, you’ll receive a board pack to review ahead of time, so everyone shows up prepared.
- During each session, your chair, an experienced agency leader, will guide the conversation in a way that gives everyone time in the spotlight, and keeps discussions productive and actionable.
Momentum Group members are expected to show up, participate fully, and maintain strict confidentiality.
