Tom is a generalist and an agency leader skilled in agency operations. He has two decades of hands-on experience growing What’s Possible Group from 5 to 200 staff and over £100 million in revenue. During this time, Tom has been overseen or directly responsible for every function within an agency. This cross-functional knowledge and an open, energetic, and engaging leadership style help him, in his words, ‘get shit done’.
