Better Agency Programme: Accountability Session (Under £500k Turnover) – [MEMBER EVENT]

The Accountability Groups are a practical follow-up to the Growth Programme, helping you implement expert-recommended actions. Collaborate with agency owners at a similar revenue level to address challenges and make progress on key initiatives.

Event Structure:

  1. Introduction (10 min): Brief intro and overview from the AC team.
  2. Ideation (20-25 min): Breakout rooms to discuss strategies, tackle questions, and start tasks.
  3. Strategy (15 min): Regroup to share insights and next steps.
  4. Implementation (10 min): Plan what you’ll implement over the next few weeks in new breakout rooms.

Important: We recommend attending or watching the Growth Programme session beforehand.
