Get your Head in the Game: Boost your Confidence, Resilience, and Focus with Mental Fitness

Are you second-guessing, doubting yourself or struggling with fear or imposter syndrome?

Are you burned out from a constant sense of overwhelm? Do you judge yourself if things don’t go your way? Maybe you procrastinate taking significant action towards your goals.

You are not alone. Due to evolutionary reasons, our brains do not like change or trying new things, so they stop us from moving forward.

Your mind is your best friend, but it can also be your worst enemy.

This is especially true during uncertain or challenging times.

On Tuesday, 16th of January, Karen Boyd, accredited executive and mental fitness coach, will run an interactive session on why a part of our brain holds us back from success and happiness, often without us even realising.

Learn how to boost your mindset and build your mental fitness to deal with whatever work and life throw at you positively.

After 60 minutes, you’ll leave with:

  • An understanding of the unique way you self-sabotage and how to overcome it.
  • Knowledge of the three mental muscles to build to get mentally fit, fast.
  • Practical Mental Fitness tools you can use daily to build new mental habits that increase confidence, performance, and happiness.
