Cathy Knight is a Mother to 3 gorgeous girls and wife to husband Tom. A creative person, who is always making and creating something, plus a lover of gin, keeping fit and spending time with the people she loves.

Cathy has a degree in Marketing and always planned to start a career in the sector, however fell into recruitment whilst being interviewed by an agency whilst looking for her first job. It ticked a lot of her boxes and she spent 15 years working for the Adecco Group, working in numerous roles.

After having a 2nd child and looking for not only a better balance but also feeling she wanted to create a better business for my clients, Cathy set up Isme People in 2017.
