Danyelle is an award-winning People, Talent & Diversity Leader who works with organisations to drive equity through talent & people strategies to foster inclusive cultures to engage and develop talent. 

Her purpose in life is to challenge and inspire to create an equitable future for the generation that comes next. Danyelle is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is on a mission to educate, make organisations more diverse & inclusive but also to equip them with the know-how to be changemakers. 

Currently Director, People & Culture (EMEA) at Culture Amp, an employee experience platform. Responsible for building our EMEA People Strategy to drive impactful & sustainable performance through embedding culture, talent and inclusion initiatives. 

Previously Head of Talent Programmes for Diversity & Inclusion at BT, creating awareness and more importantly, delivering impact, to ensure BT was levelling the playing field for its underrepresented colleagues. Danyelle has also created diverse community groups and mentoring programmes for underrepresented talent driving higher levels of retention, talent mobility and development.
