About the Speaker

Oliver Duffy-Lee has spent his entire 12-year career in the agency world, working with the biggest brands in the world, such as Volvo, Porsche, Renault, Vision Express and many more. In his time, he’s won big pitches but also lost them to international agencies with big names and average pitches.

This experience of losing to more prominent agencies that presented themselves as a ‘safe pair of hands’ made him realise something should be done. International brands are missing out on small and medium-sized agencies’ incredible talent and creativity, and those same agencies are missing out on international marketing budgets.
